How CustomFlix works
A private, invite-and-approval streaming library. Here’s how to get in.

Request an account
Enter your name and email on the sign-up page. No public open registration — every account is reviewed.

Verify your email
We email you a 6-character code. Enter it to confirm the address is really yours.

Wait for approval
An admin reviews your request. You’ll get an email the moment you’re approved — nothing to do until then.

Set your password
The approval email has a one-time link to choose your password. That link is single-use and expires, so use it promptly.

Start watching
Sign in and browse the library. Request titles that aren’t there yet — you’ll be emailed when they’re ready to watch.
Questions
Do I need an invite?
No. You can request access directly. If a friend sent you an invite link, that path skips the approval step — you set a password and you’re in.
Is it really private?
Yes. No public sign-up without review, no ads, no tracking. Content is only ever served to signed-in, approved accounts.
What can I watch?
A curated personal library. If something’s missing, request it from search — the admin is notified and you’re emailed when it’s ready.
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. We email you a code to reset it — no admin needed.
